We’ve stayed at Tryp three times and it’s always very clean and comfortable. The room is small but that’s why they call it a micro king. It’s not so small you can’t move comfortably and the high ceilings make it feel bigger, as do the large windows. The designers were smart to keep the history of the building in mind and the focal point of the decor. At Over Eden, the rooftop bar has great views of downtown. The parking is valet only and there’s no other parking nearby, so be aware of that. There’s tons of great restaurants, bars and nightlife nearby too. I highly recommend staying here if you don’t need to be directly in downtown but still nearby.

Quiet room, good temperature control and insulation. The toilet doesn't offer a lot of privacy -- there's just a sliding door separating it from the shower and there is no door to the shower / toilet area. We had the micro-queen room. The bed was on the soft side and there wasn't a lot of room on either side of it (and only one nighttable). The neighborhood is very fun and it was easy to check in and out and to get street parking on the weekend.

Close to the stadium and to where my friends were staying, so Uber rides were quick and reasonable. Some restaurants close by, Starbucks was KEY! Room was small but perfect for 1 guest. Facilities were modern and operating fine. Had a problem with one of the blinds, but one of the TRYP Team members came right up and got it working in a few minutes! Bed was super comfortable.

The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom especially with the barn door and the brand new showers with a rain shower head was a real plus. They accommodated us to be on the same floor and were very helpful in general. The fact that it used to be a technical school showed in the details of the rooms but in a cool way (like the blackboard art).

The atmosphere and decorations were very neat; directly across from the entrance of the hotel there is a large wall mural to admire. The staff were very friendly, our room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the television, amenities in room and bathroom, as well as the television.
